Once upon a time, in a lush green forest, there lived a small but clever mouse named Max. Max was always busy gathering food and building a comfortable home for himself. One sunny day, while Max is exploring the woods, he stumbles upon a mighty lion named Leo. At first, Max is scared of the lion, but to his surprise, the lion doesn't attack him. Instead, Leo greeted him with a friendly smile and asked him what he was doing in the woods.

Max explained that he was just gathering food and building his house. Leo is impressed by Max's hard work and dedication. Leo was also feeling lonely in the woods and needed a friend. So, he asked Max if he wanted to be his friend. Max was hesitant at first, but he saw that Leo was kind and gentle. So, Max agrees to befriend the lion.

From that day on, Max and Leo became inseparable friends. Leo would often protect Max from other predators, and Max would help Leo find food. Leo will carry Max on his back, and they will explore the jungle together. They would often have picnics together and tell each other stories.

One day while they were exploring in the forest, they heard a loud roar. It was a fierce tiger which was attacking other animals in the jungle. Leo knew he had to do something to stop the tiger. Max was scared, but he knew he had to help his friend. Max comes up with a plan to distract the tiger while Leo can attack it from behind. The plan worked and Leo defeated the tiger.

From that day onwards Leo came to be known as the protector of the forest. Max was proud of his friend and knew he was lucky to have such a brave friend. Max and Leo continue their friendship and live happily ever after in the woods. Their friendship proved that even the smallest of creatures can be the mightiest of friends.
